May 20th, 2017 - 'Naughty Boys' a hilarious comedy written by Carl J Gavine, has it's worldwide presentation at the Cannes Film Festival this month. Filming is scheduled to start in Liverpool and London in September.
“Naughty Boys” a British feature film is in the style of “The Full Monty”, “Bend It Like Beckham” and “Bridget Jones’s Diary”.
The stellar cast will include Nigel Havers (Chariots of Fire, Empire of the Sun, A Passage to India), Tony Maudsley (Harry Potter, Sleepy Hollow & Benidorm), Gillian Kearney (Emmerdale & Shirley Valentine), Jimmy Vee (R2-D2 in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Harry Potter & Pan), Bhasker Patel (Emmerdale & Indiana Jones) and Alex Maruny (The Promise & Risen).
“Naughty Boys” tells the story of Emma a university student from Liverpool who, while struggling to make ends meet in London, discovers that she can make her fortune by spanking rich men’s bottoms!

Nuala Quinn-Barton, ('Homecoming' 'By Love Reclaimed, The Untold Story of Jean Harlow and Paul Bern' 'Goodbye Christopher Robin') is producing.
“Naughty Boys” Director John Eyres (Irish Jam, & Ripper) attended Cannes last month to promote the film at the festival.
Other projects in the works for the Mania Company include 'Glastonbury Isle of Light' a British Historical Epic written by Daniel McNicoll, and 'For the Love of a Butterfly' a Hollywood Red Carpet Drama written by John Trasacco.
